The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding markets and shops. The rooms on the higher floors offer good sunlight and are clean, with no moldy or musty smell. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist.

All was fine, no major issues encountered during my stay.

We drove to Hatyai from Penang by using gps, the hotel location is good, when we reach there the parking place 1 full, the guard was very kindness and lead us to the next carpark and we parked our car there over night. Location - walking distance to Lee Garden, Central, Odean. Alot of foods, sharkfin & seafood restaurant and snack stalls are selling along the way we walking to those places. tuk tuk are also available at outside hotel, very convenient. Hotel & Room - look quite new & clean. Massage services available at the hotel hall

Room - basically the room look new and clean, but I found a little cockroach on my bed, this happen also in my friend's room, so weird?? We stay on 6 floor, when we sleep at night can hear the noise of vehicles from outside road.

Good location near the city centre. The room was really perfect, everything was working fine. Especially the offered footmassages near the reception were very professional and good quality.

The breakfast was very poor, only toast, jam and butter. Before we could sit down, the staff offered other another breakfast which we had to pay for. This is not we expect from a 3 star hotel. The friendly staff at the reception should take some english lessons to understand easy questions.

I giorni passati in questo incantevole retreat sono stati semplicemente perfetti. La pulizia impeccabile, i letti comodissimi e il riscaldamento molto efficiente. Non ho avuto nessun problema con il riscaldamento, la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e il personale in reception estremamente gentile. La posizione è ideale, a pochi minuti di macchina da una bellissima città principale, con la possibilità di visitare ristoranti eccellenti nelle vicinanze.

Breakfast should be improved

The hotel provides good value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. Its central location in the city is convenient for shopping and meals. The staff are attentive and the rooms are clean. The Asian-style buffet breakfast is basic but satisfying.

This hotel met my expectations.

Near to the shopping areas

The shower hot water is not working after 9pm. The shower head cannot be controlled as well. The air condition is extremely noisy.

One of their two lifts were out of order during our 3-night stay there. Breakfast was cold and they did not refill frequently.

Some of the hotel facilities could use an upgrade, like the gym and the pool area which look a bit outdated.
